Saettedammen is a cohousing community 

designed by architects Theo Mountain and Palle Dyreborg in 1967 and is located in New Hammersholt in Denmark. 

 

It consists of 27 independent housing units, sports fields, playhouses, sandpits, trampolines, climbing frames and a shared bbq pit.

Skraplanet is located in Denmark and was designed by architect Jan Gudmand Hoyer in the 1970s. It consists of 33 single-family homes and a community center with several sports fields. Residents share communal jobs such as; caretaking the common house, planning communal dinners, organising movie nights, pool maintenance, Slant Magazine Editors, community accounting etc.
