Looking at the 2011 statistics for the number of bedrooms per house hold and number of people per household in Hulme I can see that the majority of households are made up of 1, 2 or 3 people. Similarly with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Hence I will design my housing units to accomodate a variety of household sizes, from 1 to 4 people.
And units will have between 1 to 3 bedrooms.
