Hulme Green is a new residential development at one end of Stretford Road combining 19 compact houses with courtyard gardens and access to a shared greenhouse garden together with a grocery and cafe pavillion, both of which also share access to a public greenhouse and courtyard.
The project was developed in collaboration with the local community of Hulme and Hulme Community Garden Centre and aims to promote a more environmentally conscious way of living, including personal allotment patches and a rainwater recycling system.
